Given that my body half thinks I’m still in a European timezone, I decided to get up early and watch the total lunar eclipse, taking some photos while I watched.
I’m pretty sure I caught this out of the corner of my eye as Kelby and I were watching TV last night. It was hardly visible through one of my basement windows, through some trees in my neighbor’s backyard. I didn’t mention anything at the time, because I thought I was imagining a UFO or something…
We should see a total eclipse in the US in 2017, but it will only be about two minutes long (as opposed to almost six minutes for this one).
